“I use LA Hill’s Stories for Reproduction to read short stories to my 2.5 year old son who is brought up in a multi-lingual household. Although the short stories use simple words (depending on the number of headwords) they usually end with a witty twist. I find this series entertaining and suitable as a tool to teach English as a second language however, the twist to some stories may not be understood by non-native English speakers.”
